In a world scarred by a devastating plague long ago, a lone necromancer, Elara, once served as the reluctant savior, raising the plague's victims from their untimely graves to find solace in a twisted semblance of life. This power brought hope to the desperate, but as the years passed, the consequences of these actions became increasingly dire.

The revived victims began to physically deteriorate: their bodies became twisted and grotesque. Worse still, they were being compelled by an undead dictator known as the Lich Queen. Under her malevolent control, the revived embarked on a relentless campaign of destruction, seeking to claim the world for their undead ruler.

Step into Elara's shoes, wielding unique abilities to bring down your foes. The game's primary mechanic allows players to raise fallen enemies as loyal allies, building an ever-growing army of the revived to stand against the encroaching darkness and, ultimately, the Lich Queen herself.
